EN 15382:2013土工合成阻擋層 CE認證標準適用范圍Scope
This European Standard (EN 15382:2013) specifies the relevant characteristics of geosynthetic barriers（polymeric, clay and bituminous geosynthetic barriers）, used as fluid barriers in infrastructure works, e.g. roads railroads, runways of airports, and the appropriate test methods to determine these characteristics. Tunnels and underground structures are addressed in EN 13491.

EN 15382土工合成阻擋層CE認證強制時間
EN 15382標準已經(jīng)于2014年8月8日開始協(xié)調，緩沖期一年，于2015年8月8日強制執(zhí)行。其產(chǎn)品加貼CE標識，才能在市場范圍內銷售。土工合成阻擋層CE認證根據(jù)EN15382標準進行認證。
 
EN 15382土工合成阻擋層CE認證產(chǎn)品認證法規(guī)及體系
EN 15382土工合成阻擋層產(chǎn)品CE認證根據(jù)歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)，采用體系2+產(chǎn)品認證體系(AVCP System 2+)。從2013年7月1日起，歐盟強制實施建筑產(chǎn)品CPR法規(guī)(Construction Product Regulation簡稱No.305/2011/EU-CPR法規(guī)) ，新的CPR法規(guī)取代之前的CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱CPD:89/106/EEC指令)
