歐盟對于一些如手工上下料的注塑機(jī)、木工機(jī)械，舉升平臺等對操作人員危險(xiǎn)性較高的機(jī)械設(shè)備，定于為危險(xiǎn)機(jī)械，危險(xiǎn)機(jī)械在申請CE認(rèn)證時(shí)，需按照機(jī)械設(shè)備MD指令中AnnexIX的EC型式試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ竭M(jìn)行CE認(rèn)證，經(jīng)過歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證后方可以投入歐盟市場銷售和使用。

危險(xiǎn)機(jī)械的范圍

在機(jī)械MD指令的ANNEXIV中，規(guī)定了23類危險(xiǎn)機(jī)械:
